Alternatively, if you already have a Ticketek account, we suggest getting the basics covered before tickets go on sale by logging in and checking your Ticketek account ahead of time. Remember to triple check your passwords, delivery address and billing information now, so you’re not facing any last-minute account updates when trying to process your order. In the pre-sale and general on-sale you can purchase up to 6 Festival tickets in the one transaction.

Persons who exceed the published ticket limits may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Ticketek is the only online authorised ticket seller for Laneway Festival. Ticketek Marketplace is the only authorised ticket re-sale platform for Laneway Festival. Stay tuned - Fan-to-Fan resale will launch at a later date.

Laneway Festival takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers/reseller facilities. Do not buy tickets from an unknown source; there is no way to be sure that it is a valid ticket. We will be scanning all tickets on arrival and you will not be granted entrance if the barcode has already been scanned or your ticket has been altered.

Payment can be made by Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, and Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.

Afterpay is available as a payment method for all tickets, so you can purchase your ticket and pay it off in four instalments over 6 weeks.

Laneway Festival is 16+ in all Australian cities.
Please ensure you have read and understood the Youth Policy & ID Requirements for the festival prior to purchasing your ticket to avoid disappointment on the day.

Laneway Festival does not offer separate accessible ticket types. All attendees, including those with access requirements, must purchase tickets during the pre-sale and general on-sale periods.

If you require a companion ticket, you can request one during the ticket purchase process.

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ticket type from Ticketek (i.e. if you are going to be 17 on the festival day, you will need a 16+ ticket in order to enter the event), you can request to exchange it here.

Please note that this may take up to 5 business days to action.

If you are no longer able to attend the event, you can resell your ticket through our authorised resale platform, Ticketek Marketplace. Stay tuned - Fan-to-Fan resale will launch at a later date.

No refunds for the event are available, unless applicable under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. Please read our ticketing Terms + Conditions for more information.

No name changes on tickets are required.

Ticket barcodes will be locked after you purchase tickets, but you can view your purchase in the Ticketek App. You will receive instructions on how to access your ticket(s) much closer to your event date (approx. 72 hours prior).

Once the barcodes are unlocked, we highly recommend that you add the ticket to your Digital Wallet - this will ensure the quickest and easiest access into the festival, especially if there are any network connectivity issues.

If you purchased multiple tickets, you will be able to share tickets with friends through the Ticketek App once barcodes have been unlocked. More info can be found here.
