• VIP ticket holders in all Laneway Festival cities must be 18+.
• There is a limit of six (6) VIP tickets per transaction.
• VIP inclusions will be redeemed either in advance or collected on the day of the festival (unless otherwise advised).
• All Laneway Festival VIP ticket items and experiences are subject to change without notice. In the event of such a change, except to the extent required by law, a purchaser is not entitled to a refund.
• A purchaser is not entitled to a refund except to the extent required by law or the event is cancelled.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of festival cancellation.
