RESIDENT HOTLINE

We work closely with the local council and our wider event team to ensure the disruption to local residents is minimised during our event build and event day. There will be a resident hotline set up during our occupation period that you can call to report concerns around noise, traffic, or waste. If you have any other feedback, please feel free to email us at info@lanewayfestival.com.au

TICKETS

If you are a resident living within the designated affected area (see below map) you may be eligible for a "Locals Ticket"
Each ticket costs $229.90 and there is a maximum of 4 resident tickets per household. Tickets will be available from Wed 24th September, and are limited, so purchase early to avoid missing out!
Each eligible resident must present proof of address to the Reception Area of Southport Sharks club to receive instructions on how to purchase a Locals Ticket. If you're unable to attend the club in person, please email us at info@lanewayfestival.com.au so we can assist.
