GETTING TO LANEWAY

Public Transport
Laneway Festival tickets include free travel on public transport, including trains, metro, buses, light rail and ferries. Simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding services. Visit Transport NSW to plan your trip.

Light rail services run frequently to Moore Park from the city and south east including Central Station stop to connect to train and buses. The Moore Park light rail stop is a short walk from Centennial Park. Catch trains, metro or buses to the city to connect with light rail services. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Oxford St near the park. Additional services will also run after the event to help you get home.

Rideshare
Use the dedicated drop off zone in Centennial Park on Grand Drive east of Parkes Drive. Access into the park will be via Robertson gates. For pick-ups after the festival, walk to the dedicated pick up zone on Driver Ave near the SCG at Moore Park. Inbound traffic will cease at 6pm, and your drop off location will be at Lang Road, Moore Park - a short walk to the festival location.

Parking
There is no dedicated festival parking, but there are paid parking areas available within the vicinity, including in the Entertainment Quarter precinct. Please adhere to all street parking restrictions and don’t park on private property!

Accessible Parking, Pick Up & Drop Off
On the festival day there will be limited vehicle access to Centennial Park. Accessible vehicle drop-offs along Grand View Drive east of Parkes Drive will be possible until 18:00. This is the closest road access to the venue and which is approximately 180m from the admissions
gate across flat grass. There will be event accessible parking on Parkes Drive. Please use Lang Road and Grand Drive to access. To request a vehicle access parking pass, please register via our accessibility form or email accessibility@orbit.company

Leaving Laneway
When exiting the event, all patrons will be directed to exit via Robertson Gate via Grand Drive - leave via the festival entry and turn left! Moore Park is your primary hub for all services from the event including public transport, rideshare and taxi dedicated pick up zones on Lang Road, and private pick up.
A friendly reminder, delays and crowds on exit are expected. Remain calm, follow staff instructions and be kind to those around you.
