DIIV’s early albums placed dream-pop elements against a backdrop of ennui and anti-capitalist, '80s-motorik-goth rage. After a tumultuous few years marked by broken friendships, addiction, and loss, the band teamed up with boundary-pushing pop producer A.G. Cook (Charli xcx, Caroline Polachek) for their new album, ZIRP! (Zero Interest-Rate Policy). The result ignites a new sense of fun in their craft, infused with old sleezy suits and slicked-back hair. DIIV will be playing ZIRP! in Australia for the first time at Laneway 2027!
