GETTING TO LANEWAY

Public Transport
You can travel to and from Western Springs using Auckland Transport services. We recommend using Auckland Transport’s (AT) Journey Planner for bus connections along Great North Road or train connections via Morningside Station.
Rideshare
Western Springs is also within an easy rideshare/taxi distance from Auckland City. There are dedicated P5 drop-off/pick-up locations nearby on event days.
Walking
The venue is walking distance of nearby central city neighbourhoods (Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Westmere, Morningside, Western Springs).
Cycling
We do not have a dedicated bike parking facility, however there is a Lockey Dock on the left hand of Stadium Road as you head towards the festival entrance.
Parking
There’s is no dedicated festival parking. Parking nearby is very limited and additional temporary parking restrictions may apply on event days. Please adhere to all street parking restrictions and don’t park on private property.
Bus Shuttles - Post Event

Location: Great North Road, outside Western Springs Lakeside.
Timings: Starting from 9.30pm, the last bus will depart 1 hour post-event
There will be 2 services to choose from:
1 x Express Bus to Britomart,
1 x Bus to Britomart (via K Road Afterparty drop off).
For more info, head here.
Accessibility Drop Off / Parking
Our dedicated accessibility car park, as well as accessibility drop-off and pick-up, is located next to the Caltex on Great North Road (820 Great North Road). If you need to request access to this, please fill in our Accessibility Request Form.
Please note that after the event, this location will sit within the road closure for egress. For smoother post-event access, we recommend using the dedicated P5 drop-off and pick-up zone, located further along Great North Road toward the Grey Lynn shops. This area remains close to the festival gates and allows for easier exit after the show.
If you require any additional support, our dedicated accessibility volunteers - identifiable in blue hi-vis - will be available on site and happy to assist you back to your vehicle.
START & FINISH TIMES
Gates open at 12.30pm with the event finishing at 10pm.
Please note that entry gates will close approximately 30 minutes after Chappell Roan starts her performance.
