In the pre-sale and general on-sale you can purchase up to 6 Festival tickets in the one transaction.

Ticketek is the only online authorised ticket seller for Laneway Festival. Laneway Festival takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers/reseller facilities. Do not buy tickets from an unknown source; there is no way to be sure that it is a valid ticket. We will be scanning all tickets on arrival and you will not be granted entrance if the barcode has already been scanned or your ticket has been altered.

Payment can be made by Afterpay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club.

Yes! Afterpay is available as a payment method for all tickets, so you can purchase your ticket and pay it off in four instalments over 6 weeks.

Tickets are sold at full price regardless of the time you arrive on event day.

Tickets purchased from a retail outlet cannot be replaced if lost, please treat them like cash. Tickets purchased via the Ticketek app or online will be available to view within your Ticketek account and cannot be lost.
