How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets will be available for purchase from the Ticketmaster website.

Do I need to create an account to purchase tickets?

To purchase tickets, you can create/sign in using a Ticketmaster account. It's a super quick process!

Alternatively, if you already have a Ticketmaster account, we suggest getting the basics covered before tickets go on sale by logging in and checking your Ticketmaster account ahead of time. Remember to triple check your passwords, delivery address and billing information now, so you’re not facing any last-minute account updates when trying to process your order.

Head to https://www.ticketmaster.co.nz/ now and log in to your account to get started.

Who can I contact with a ticketing question?

For all enquiries relating to an existing ticket order, including delivery & payment please contact Ticketmaster via your Ticketmaster account - more info here: https://help.ticketmaster.co.nz/hc/en-nz/articles/360019603457

For any other ticketing enquiries please contact Ticketmaster here - https://help.ticketmaster.co.nz/hc/en-nz/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000409514

For any event enquiries please send an email to info@lanewayfestival.com.au

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

In the pre-sale and general on-sale you can purchase up to 6 Festival tickets in the one transaction.

Can I buy a ticket listed online from another source?

Ticketmaster is the only online authorised ticket seller for Auckland Laneway Festival. Laneway Festival takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers/reseller facilities. Do not buy tickets from an unknown source; there is no way to be sure that it is a valid ticket. We will be scanning all tickets on arrival and you will not be granted entrance if the barcode has already been scanned or your ticket has been altered.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made by Afterpay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Can I pay my ticket off in instalments?

Yes! Afterpay is available as a payment method for all tickets, so you can purchase your ticket and pay it off in four instalments over 6 weeks.

I haven't received my confirmation email?

Please double check the email address you entered when purchasing your ticket. If you are having any further issues relating to ticket purchases, delivery, payment etc, please get in touch with Ticketmaster Customer Service via your Tickemaster account (info here https://help.ticketmaster.co.nz/hc/en-nz/articles/360019603457) or send an email to info@lanewayfestival.com.au.

Will tickets be available at the gate on the day?

Only if not sold out prior. If you don't want to miss out on Laneway Festival, make sure you purchase your ticket online prior to the event.

Can I purchase tickets at a reduced price if I come midway through the event, if tickets are still available?

Tickets are sold at full price regardless of the time you arrive on event day.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Tickets purchased from a retail outlet cannot be replaced if lost, please treat them like cash. Tickets purchased via the Ticketmaster app or online will be available to view within your Ticketmaster account and cannot be lost. If you have any issues accessing your ticket please get in touch with Ticketmaster Customer Service or send an email to info@lanewayfestival.com.au.
