Launching in March 2023 as a supergroup of two previous JMC bands (Jade Not Jane and Mellow) Worm Girlz have leapt (wiggled) from strength to strength, touring the East Coast of Australia with Dusty, and supporting artists including Carla Geneve and Haters. The Worm Girlz debut single, ‘Dirt’, arrived on November 16 to a world of hype, already receiving airplay across the country on Australia’s biggest music stations. Made up from fem, non-binary members and championing safe and inclusive live shows for all, Worm Girlz have already gained experience touring interstate, with a rapidly growing fan base and media support towards the release of their debut single, ‘Dirt’.
